The Casco Viejo will be on the head of the Panamanian government who acquired to renovate the investment part in the panama that to develop buildings soon. The implementation work is in progress although the work has not been started yet. The Maria Eugenia Herrera has taken the responsibility of promoting the implementation of measurement. She admitted that she is trying to investment to build the lack of employee.
This is sounds as the one of the good moments taken by the government to preserve the action area that will be named after the world heritage by United Nations. The area explained by the united nations as a danger since the lack of the preservation need to be don over here. The correct actions have been taken by the UNESCO that implements the safeguard including those that are removal from the extra repairs and wired from the streets. There should have need to develop a master plan for the sites where the great anticipation need to be done and the consultants should be there to check this out. The Herrera said that ‘’UNESCO could give away an alternative, and we would be doing the most viable part’’.
The govt. is also concern with the deadline for the master plan to create and submit for San Lorenzo region that will be conducted by the year 2010 to 2013. Herrera said that priority for these cases could be reason to restoration and the stages will be depending on the market areas that will cover the tourists. The government has given away the USD 250,000 for the routine maintenance to all those sites as a help.
In the matter of fact, panama is now ready to take those actions that are set by UNESCO to not guarantee the places to include among the risk list by next year. The Sebastian Paniza has reported these places of high risk as the inclusion of the risk with the world heritage. And the panama appeared as to fail the obligations for a long time where the require reports has not sent, yet. The president and the technical advisor of the UNESCO have reported to avoid the inclusion with the list that need to improve.
