The justice for the citizen’s alliances going critical of the reformation of the latest judicial round that is seemed as increasing of the penalties for the corruptions and crimes. This has prompted the government ministry and justice Jose Raul Mulino to words that government should have made new penal code. This can be present as the national assembly when the resuming current session to finish by the year 2010.
The president Ricardo Martinelli enacted a law to develop the penalties rule for the cries and corruption. Now it has reached to 35 to 50 years prison in that case. However, the maximum penalty was 6 years for corruption and they want it be done as 10 years to maximize. The stiffer penalty for servants can vary and this may increase with the maximum jail for 300 days.
