Jaime Aleman Healy, the recent ambassador of Panama to United States had a meeting with the Sen. Richard Lugar, senior Indiana republican to discuss over the trade agreement between these two countries in context to U.S. congress. It was just happen just two days ago and all the Panamanian diplomat has made all their efforts in order to done with a favorable environment to get over.
Healy is the one who present for 75 days in the office and had a talk with the other politicians, senators, and other official members of the department of state. Now, the major meeting is going to happen today with the president Barack Obama at the official time 9 and half morning to discuss over the issues in his credentials. This 10 minutes meeting will be friendly and very informal but most important since the good will had pushed him here from the congress.
The ratification of the meeting is making Healy more confide. Still, the major challenging part is that when it is going to happen with the congress that will be addressing to the health care issues. It will come up in months later, though, may be in mid- election.
